Know which save status you are relying on.

Local records and drafts support recovery on the current device. Check project status before closing or moving to another device.
Synced
Synced identifies a durable server acknowledgement. Conflicts and unresolved operations still require review; reloading shared changes should be deliberate.
Review after change
Changing the source drawing or calibration can make quantities stale. Resolve those messages before final export. Universal zero-loss recovery and concurrent-user performance are still under acceptance review.
Use the drawing specifications and reviewed scope inputs. Quantities and suggestions do not constitute engineering approval.
