Panel coverage versus installed faces

Different quantities answer different construction questions.

Panel SF

For rectangular panels, X inches multiplied by Y inches multiplied by pieces, divided by 144, supplies panel SF. Profile uses effective coverage. This is not a nesting or fabrication optimization.

Face geometry

The elevation boundary, openings and backing runs describe the physical installation. Panel SF does not establish the shape or edges of the facade.

SF, LF and EA

SF is area, LF is length and EA is count. Waste applies once to required quantities. Package rounding depends on the exact saved material definition.

Use the drawing specifications and reviewed scope inputs. Quantities and suggestions do not constitute engineering approval.
